Namita Thakker

Attorney

Namita works on transactional business matters. Large businesses often have an attorney or team of attorneys that help maintain good corporate governance and regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate contracts (with vendors, customers, and employees) and intellectual property licenses, and generally help mitigate legal risks. She provides these services for clients of all sizes across a variety of industries.

She graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2015 and then worked for a major specialty insurance brokerage and a small law firm before starting her own practice.

Namita serves on the board of ProduceGood, a San Diego–based nonprofit that redirects produce that would otherwise be wasted to feeding partners that deliver fresh produce to people in need. She is also Co-Chair of the Diverse Women’s Committee of Lawyers Club of San Diego, the second-largest bar association in San Diego.

Valeria Sanchez

Administrative Operations Coordinator

Valeria joined the firm in December 2024 and has become an important part of the team’s daily operations. She assists with client communication, case follow-up, invoicing, account review, and administrative coordination, helping ensure that both clients and internal processes are handled with care and attention to detail.

Known for her organized and supportive approach, Valeria enjoys creating efficient systems and maintaining clear communication throughout the workflow. She values professionalism, reliability, and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of the office, Valeria enjoys personal growth, wellness, nature, and creative projects connected to sustainable living and entrepreneurship.
