I work on transactional business matters. Large businesses often have an attorney or team of attorneys that help maintain good corporate governance and regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate contracts (with vendors, customers, employees) and intellectual property licenses, and just generally be around to mitigate legal risks--I do this for clients of all sizes, in a variety of industries.

I graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2015, and then worked for a major speciality insurance brokerage and a small law firm before starting my own practice.

I serve on the board of San Diego-based nonprofit, ProduceGood, which redirects produce that would otherwise be wasted to feeding partners that deliver the produce to the table of someone in need. I am also Co-Chair of the Diverse Women's Committee of Lawyers Club, the second largest bar association in San Diego.
