• and advising on legal disputes.

As a generalist, I refer out matters requiring substantial subject matter expertise and litigation. In other words, my firm can be a first stop for any legal issues a business has, and I'll strive to address these in a practical and straightforward way.

I bill based on a standard hourly rate. This means you pay for the hours I spend working on a matter and corresponding with you on the matter. If you prefer, I may be able to offer an alternative arrangement for specific projects.
